I love the Sunflowers growing alongside the poly tunnel at Roots and the photo of the one my SIL sent yesterday from her garden in Atlanta!
Some time ago, I sowed 8,000 onion seeds at Roots and now here they are. They make up for our own disaster.

Today, I transplanted baby Purple Sprouting Broccoli from the seed trays into modules.

Lovely to see such amazing crops and know that we had a part in them! Maybe time to give up the allotment and concentrate on the garden, the new greenhouse (once it’s up!) and Roots. 🙂

Stunning harvest. Well done, you!
The original post of your 8000 onion seeds was what inspired me to try something similar. I have close to a 1000 onions on the go at the moment.
Should be enough for most of the next season!
We are already harvesting our purple sprouting broccoli.
We had some with last Sunday’s roast. Delicious!

1000! Wow, just for you and your family! The 8,000 are for the veggie bags that go out from Roots each week.
Love that you have your PSB already. It’s one of my favourite brassicas – that and Kalettes. 🙂
