2 ……singing at The Countryman at Piece. Fabulous tonight with people from five different groups coming together to sing Cornish carols – wonderful harmonies and joyful sounds. Everyone was smiling!
3 Came home to a Jools Holland programme featuring Gillian Welch and her amazing guitarist whose name I missed but will find out.

Gillian Welch’s guitarist is her partner David Rawlings, and excellent they are too.
