I get excited when I dig potatoes, onions and garlic out the ground. Or when I harvest tomatoes, or home-grown beans for lunch. Does this also count?

It most certainly does! I’m excited by those harvests too and when I go to the freezer and take out a courgette soup that I made last summer of homegrown veg. 🙂
