I love this combination of colours growing on the bund at Roots.
A friend shared this poster today having seen it on the front door of one of her friends. Oh, don’t we all long for peace? And that phrase reminds me of Peggy Seeger’s brilliant song of the same words.

Unfortunately I don’t think peace agrees with humanity . That said the cake was amazing🤩

I don’t think there has ever been true peace in the world. Always a conflict somewhere. All those sons and fathers and brothers lost. You really have to wonder why we cannot learn from conflicts and live in harmony with one another.

Agreed, so much sadness caused by conflict and power/land grabbing. If only humans could live in peace. We can but do our own bit to spread peace and happiness in this hard world. 🙂
