This delightful postbox topper, in beautiful crochet was spotted for me by a friend and here it is. Click for the bigger picture.
I’ve finished my first little baby cardigan for `Ukraine. I’d love to be able to see the baby that wears it but sadly, that won’t happen.
I found this fox poem today and given the fox next door, thought it appropriate to share.
It’s called Old Foxy by Sue Hardy-Dawson

I’m delighted with the way the cardigans are turning out – all the same wool but because of its colour changes, each one will be different. 🙂

Sitting here trying to think of something clever to say. All I can think of is how very clever you are. Always have a treat for us.

Three beauties today Sally. Love the topper and the cardigan. And such a great poem. As I type this I can hear foxes barking in the distance.

How wonderful to be able to hear foxes in your vicinity. Splendid topper, I agree and I am delighted with how the cardigan has turned out. The wool changing colour as it goes and making a pattern is like magic! 🙂

I love the creativity in the post box toppers, both imagination and then the skill to make them.Shape poems are hard to make work but this one is really successful and pleasing. 🙂 🙂

Beautiful knittings. Love the poem. My son did write once a poem in the shape of a squirrel 🐿️ in primary school. I loved that too. Not easy really. 😊

Not easy at all but very satisfying when you make it work as this poet did – and your son years ago! I’ve collected you some of the perrenial cornflower seeds as promised. 🙂
