Jump Back Up July

01 Jul

This calendar arrives at just the right moment. I’ve had surgery today to remove a basal cell carcinoma from my hairline and am trying now to bounce back.  We did ask for help and friends came to the rescue especially G to whom we give special thanks.

Those kinds of things always throw me off and leave me in a “negative” space. So, if it is the same for you, i’m hoping the happiness calendar provides a useful too. Please do take the time to care for yourself and heal and allow others to help.
    wishes for a speedy recover.

The stress from the situation is sometimes as bad if not worse that the situation itself! My wife went through something similar( her shoulder) a while back.
The doctor who saw her said there was nothing to worry about, but removed the offending mark as a precaution.
Saying don’t worry, doesn’t always help, does it?
To this day any odd mark tends to unduly stress her out.
Hope you are feeling better soon.
    😊

You are right . I thought I was quite sanguine about it but then, suddenly, Mr S couldn’t take me or be with me (he was in another hospital having a back injury sorted!). I am much better already but not looking forward to the next one which is on the tip of my nose. Thank you for your kind wishes.
