I’ve had a lovely day of creativity today on two projects that I can only hint at today but will show you in due course.
I’ve made use of a lovely little book that cost 1/- 3d in old money in 1967.
That work took several hours and then I had a rest by knitting instead.
Tonight’s full moon in an unusually clear sky is called the Ice Moon, Snow Moon or Storm Moon. It is certainly cold tonight and we have another yellow rain warning for tomorrow.

Beautiful full moon photo – the haze of colours around the moon are beautiful.
Here, while the full moon shone our garden looked like daylight. The dry grasses and dried seed heads looked unreal.

I bet that was very lovely. I once planted a ‘moon garden’ with plants that would light up in moonlight. It didn’t work as well as I had hoped as it is so often cloudy here in Cornwall. Last night was a real treat and the halo a gorgeous bonus. 🙂
