For the first Christmas I can remember, we didn’t go for a walk on the beach by the sea, (It rained all day!) but here is one of my Angels for Ukraine, posted here with love for our Ukrainian friends and for all Dear Readers in the hope that you have had a good day today.

Thank you so much. Our real excitement begins tomorrow! Our son with his Senegalese wife and step-daughter (just got their visitor visas) is coming to stay with their 6 year old twins. Because they are coming, so are all the others as we haven’t all been together for 4 years (pandemic!) Looking forward to a wild time! All the best to you and yours for the coming year. 🙂

We did manage a beach walk of sorts . . . between the raindrops.
