Helen, there is a lovely poem by John O’Donohue called ‘For Grief’ which might be of some comfort to you at this very difficult time. It’s available on line.

That’s a wonderful thought. I’ve had a traumatic few weeks with the death of my husband of 45 years and that’s a quote that will help me look forward to a different life.

Dear Helen, I am so sorry to hear this and send you love. I can’t imagine your pain and hope this quotation can help. i love the thoughts and writings of Thich Nhat Hanh – more of his philosophical writings may help at this very difficult time for you. With love xx
