    Love this! Sometimes when I’m out working in the garden, listening to tunes, I think about just doing a few dance steps but then assume there is someone with a cell phone only too ready to broadcast this old woman with no rhythm. 🙂

    Think I need to print that out to hang on my wall… or on the floor for next week when I am hanging about. I might add a mirror on the floor near the window so I can see the sky! Happy healing to you Sally. May your steps increase at a steady smooth pace.
