Walking down to Bream Cove, I spotted a moth inside a leaf.
The sunlight on the waves in the cove was lovely and the sound of the waves just what we both needed after an unsettling start to our week.

Thank you. We had another much needed dose today. Mr S has to have an op on his spine very soon and it has discombobulated us both. Having a couple of quiet days away is helping us to settle. Love to you and thanks for your friendship across the miles. 🙂
