Kath’s Courgette Soup

This delicious soup was made for us by my much loved friend Kath when we visited her and her husband in their home in Meyssac, France. Regular readers will know that this blog is written for Kath, to honour her memory as she died far too young.

I  use a chicken or vegetable stock, to suit the eaters.  I also add a little garlic and plenty of pepper.  As Kath wrote, ‘Enjoy!”
