1 Walking into town today, the first time in several weeks, the hedgerows are suddenly full of delicately pale primroses. This bank of primroses is on the hill up to the Library.

2 Coming back up the lane a Magnolia was in full flower, glorious against the blue sky. The sun was warm this morning too.

3 We had a walk on the sands at Marazion this afternoon (though by that time the sun had gone in) almost the only people on that stretch away from the causeway apart from a man with his dog, their left feet in unison!
