Just us this Christmas for the first time since we were married! After Birthday Breakfast – not mine but in honour of Daughter No 2 – we went off to Godrevy. For lunch we had Smoked Salmon and Prawn Stack, one of my recipes. We thought we really should do it ourselves as 1,788 people have looked at the recipe in December and it comes at the top of a Google search! It was delicious, of course! Now the goose is just out and resting so there won’t be another chance to post tonight – So, Happy Days to you all, my lovely readers.
