Humour, Goodness and Glass

05 Dec

I hope this amuses you as it did me. Medieval stonemasons clearly had a great sense of humour.

Be the goodness…..

One of our nephews is a glass artist. We saw some of his remarkable work on one of our visits to Jerome, Arizona.

Would love to see your nephew’s shop. Is he still in Jerome? What’s the name of the shop?

He is still there and I could take you right to the door but I don’t know what it’s called. I’ll have to ask my sister and let you know. xx

Great to put some humour in while working on an Abbey. I’m sure that stonemason was a fun guy!

I agree. Seeing that bit of carving keeps his personality alive over the centuries. I love it. 🙂
