A circular walk took us along Cornish lanes and board walks, past sheep and bluebells, through buttercup fields and ancient woodland. There were no sounds but bird song and sheep baaing and our feet stomping along. We missed all the showers too. How very lucky we are. Click on any photo for caption and a larger view.

Glad you enjoyed it. It was one of the best we have done, so much variety and so much loveliness. 🙂

Looks like a lovely walk and you were lucky to avoid the showers. Came down like stair rods this afternoon here. And yes, those are Gunnera.

I’ve never before seen young Gunnera, both magical and weird ! The stair rods caught up with us in the afternoon by which time we were safely back in the cosiness of the barn. Such rain! 🙂

What a wonderful walk that was. I love Cowslips, we used to collect them behind the house and make bunches to take them home for my mum.

That’s a lovely memory . I love Cowslips too. It was one of the best walks we’ve done, especially so as none of it was too steep or rough underfoot – just beautiful. 🙂
