The bulbs in the new border are looking fabulous!
Sitting in the study this morning, I realised that the view from the window over the fields to the horizon was reflected in one of our paintings.
We felt a need for cake this afternoon so I made Blueberry Streusel Cake which is quite delicious and one of our favourites.

Oh, such yummy cake. It is really much warmer in Cornwall your border looks lovely. I just brought a plant back in as it is supposed to be back to 1 degree at night.

The air still seems cold thought the sun is warm and there was a light frost this morning but daffodils don’t seem to mind! 🙂
