United Nations, Autumn and Fungi

24 Oct

The U.N. is 75 years old today and to celebrate asked people all over the world to share photos of #TheWorldWeWant. Here is a link to see the amazingly beautiful photos submitted. Do click on, they are truly heartwarming. . https://www.un.org/en/exhibits/page/theworldwewant

I love Autumn, the colours of leaves, the abundance of fungi, the damp earthy smells, the early evenings and the late dawns.

Not a big fan of fungi at the moment, having just had surgery to remove it from my sinuses. But, yes, Autumn is wonderful! The colors, the crisp air, the smell of drying leaves.

That sounds awful! How did that happen, never heard of that before. Sending you love and hugs from afar to aid your recovery. 🙂

When I was young, we celebrated United Nations Day in school. It was one of my favorite days – love the international sharing.
