Glass, Pudding and A Surprise

26 Aug

We bought ourselves a present for our Anniversary (51 years today), a beautiful piece showing the Nearly Home Trees that we love so much.

The Nearly Home Trees

We have come out for a delicious meal cooked by someone else! The dessert we both chose was Chocolate Fondant.

After our scrumptious dessert we were presented with the following which we are saving to enjoy tomorrow.

Happy anniversary! The glass is lovely! I love those ‘nearly home’ trees and you have reminded me that I still need to try and get a photo of them.

It’s only possible when you are the passenger not the driver! 🙂

Well, I think I might be able to do it from one of the lay-bys close by if I can remember where they are!

We did, thank you, stayed in a lovely hotel just half an hour from home and enjoyed good food and beautiful views. 🙂

It is a lovely piece of glass isn’t it? I knew you would appreciate it. I’m not sure when we’ll see the trees again as our next trip in that direction will be by train. xxx 🙂
