We had a lovely walk today through amazing gardens down to the beach where so many people were swimming in the clear waters. We sat on the cliffs reading and watching the world go by on the water.

Delicious pictures as always Sally, fun, humour, beauty, and what an intriguing house boat…

Not been there. Is there a cost to enter the garden?

The garden belongs to the hotel and we were there for lunch (delicious, by the way). So, go and have a coffee or lunch and walk in their beautiful gardens! 🙂

Always up for a different place to have lunch. Might wait until September though, the traffic on the A30 is pretty horrible during August! Went to Burncoose yesterday and on the way home it was nose to tail from Camborne…

We queued all the way around Maenporth on our way there and then the road was clear. We don’t do much travelling in the summer! I went to meet a friend for lunch yesterday at Trelissick and had to queue to get into the car park! 🙂

Godrevy was heaving on Sunday, even in the fog! I tend to stick close to home in August, but unfortunately being close to St Ives there is always traffic.

Funny you should say that! I have just said almost the same on your post! It was a super day and we have booked to stay there for two nights for our Wedding anniversary at the end of the month. 🙂
