Troon, Garden and Bullfinch

05 Jun

Leaving Troon last night where my choir rehearses in the Primary School,  there was no-one else on the road so I stopped to take a photo of their lovely welcome to their village, a planted up model of an engine house.

On the way into Troon

We are pleased with how our garden is looking. It will be even better when the Sweet peas are in flower.

Looking up the garden

A pair of Bullfinches are nesting nearby and feeding regularly at our feeders.

You have such a lovely garden! You probably could do wonders for the mess we have here lol.

They were mostly my Mum’s. She collected them and their home in Sunny Corner, Cusgarne was called Chimneypots. When I inherited them, I collected a few more. I think there are twelve but will count them when I get up! 🙂

Absolutely fabulous (in my best Johanna Lumley accent).
