9 Feb 2018 Afternoon chalk (Nefertiti, Akashic Records, Capitalism and Addiction) – cake was in my meditation yesterday interestingly enough. It can be a path to addiction if your not careful! Speaking from experience.

Yes, I agree! I have had to stop baking for a while, only when we have visitors or I can give it away! 🙂

Share it “-) My parents are coming and my dad and I REALLY like chocolate pudding dessert and our willpower gets tested when it’s around. Nowadays we only make it for special occasions or as you say, we can share it together. Sugar addiction, they say, is as strong if not stronger than being addicted to crack or heroine.
