Hydrangea, Garden Centre and Sunset

24 Nov

I love the delicacy of the skeleton Hydrangea flower in contrast with the still pink bloom.

Hydrangea

In the garden centre, there was a whole display of purple, white and green to make a Suffragette garden.

Sunset tonight from St Agnes Beacon over to St Ives was quite disappointing until a beautiful pink bloom appeared in the dark grey clouds.

Aye. The lace of the hydrangea; I think she is getting ready to go out dancing. And by ‘going out’ I mean ‘going out in style’. one final curtain call is in order before the big finale.

Garden Centre’s Suffragette colours. You folks have the greenest of thumbs.

Sunset. You get what you get I reckon. I like this image. To me it has this sense of adventure; beyond this invisible wall of an horizon lays a world of possibility. Ask any conquistador or viking or one David Livingstone, I think they’d say the same.
