This was our last day with our Dear Friends, P&J, and we packed it with fun! Join us again on our day out – a visit to the beautiful Quaker Meeting House at Come-To-Good, a woodland walk in Trelissick, a trip over King Harry Ferry to St Mawes for lunch at The Rising Sun, a visit to the stream at Gwennap where the ashes of both my parents’ were scattered, a walk in Gwennap Churchyard to find the Martin Gravestone which was the inspiration for my Dad’s best known book, a walk around St Euny Churchyard to recount the stories of Until the Day Break, an historical walk around St Day with a good friend who was part of the research team for the St Euny project and finishing up at The Royal Oak in Perranwell for a splendid last meal together – quite a day!
