Travelling, The Kindness of Strangers and Sky

01 Jun

Twelve hours of travelling, car, train (across the Tamar) bus, plane, train and bus again to be with our family in Granollers, Barcelona and to meet our Grandbaby twins, LiveWires 5 and 6! They were both still awake as I arrived but photos will have to wait until tomorrow.

There is work going on at the station at Granollers so there is no underpass but a temporary footbridge that has 60 steps up and 60 down! I managed ten and stopped for a rest when a young woman asked if she could help. As we arrived at the sixty down, a young man asked if he could help. Between them and their kindness, I arrived at my bus stop still breathing! This is the sky as I waited for my bus.

Oh my goodness! Are there no elevators or other ways for people of disabilities or challenges?
I hope you are having a blast! Smiles, Robin

No. It was very daunting and I cannot imagine how others manage. I shall ask my son. Perhaps I missed something. Thank you for the follow! 🙂 I will call in to see you later.

No worries! We’ll catch up over time.
I work at an auto parts warehouse so this spring and summer seasons are hit or miss with my comments.
You have your hands full, literally. ❤❤ Blessings to you and your family.

How lovely to hear from you! Weary indeed but content and very pleased to have done this journey alone with no hitches! The concert sounded wonderful. I was very sorry to miss it but there’s always next year. I bet they’ll want us back! Xx
