Citrus Colours, Sculpture and Tree

29 Dec

This delightful selection of glorious citrus fruit came my way today. I don’t know who the photographer is but thanks anyway.

We love the naturalness of the sculptures in Canovelles and the way they seem to be part of the community – the one the other day of the young woman reading and this one of the old fellow leaning and watching the world go by. We think there is at least one more to find.

This trained tree caught my eye.

what wonderful “beautiful things” – the concept of the fruit was ravishing… the sculpture profound… and the still life of trees like all things in nature… unself-consciously balanced and beautiful… thank you Sally for all things bright and beautiful…love V

Thank you for this thoughtful comment, seeing in my photos all the beauty that I perceived. I just loved the fruit. I had no idea that the colour range was so wide. All the best to you xx
