Penryn, Flowers and Glass

04 Aug

I was in Penryn today for a haircut and on my walk along I saw this delightful little ‘planter’ on the back of a car! What a quirky and brilliant idea!DSCN3765

Just outside the hairdresser’s is this stone planter, full of colour.DSCN3767

Just up the road is a glass shop where there are always the most beautiful creations that I covet. Today there was a sale! I bought a gorgeous little vase in plain and purple glass and have filled it with Marguerites and Nigella from the garden. The artist is Rosie Sutcliffe who is the daughter of Malcolm Sutcliffe whose gallery it is.DSCN3773

First pic, makes me wonder if you might be considering flower powering the ‘Bug’ after seeing this. Peace on!!!

It has some lovely bubbles in it considered flaws by the artist so it was only a fiver whereas the others considered perfect were £35! 🙂
