The tulips that I was given over a week ago are fading but still lovely.

We had scrambled eggs for breakfast this morning as I blew the eggs for my Easter treat for the Grandchildren, two of whom arrive tomorrow evening. Here I am filling the shells with chocolate the way my Dad did for us. I will let you know how they are received on Saturday morning.

Those waves are just beautiful! Very majestic and fierce. I’ve never heard of filling eggshells with chocolate. I’ll have to try it! 🙂

We serve the eggs as if they are boiled eggs. The grown-ups have real boiled eggs and the children bash their eggs to try to open them up and then realise that theirs are chocolate! My Dad used to make them for us years ago, long before fancy eggs could be bought and we thought they were magic!
