Another Balaclava, Solar System and Listening

17 Feb

Live-wire T requested a balaclava like her big brother’s and chose some fabulously bright multi-coloured wool. I have been knitting at the speed of light to get it done in time for her trip out to the Maritime Museum in Falmouth this morning. It is yet to have the hearts sewn on but was wearable this morning.

Most of the time at the museum was spent making planets for a hanging solar system each.

I asked Live-wire T to model her balaclava for me when she was listening to One Direction! She was willing to lose the headphones for only a moment!  T is very taken with the fact that I used to teach English to Louis Tomlinson when he was in Year 9.

I missed this. Please accept my apology.

You spin a good yarn (knit, I know) and she wears it well and will probably have for a long long time.

I listen to a little music. Have to admit, One Direction has whizzed under my radar. Thanks to youtube I gave a couple songs a listen. Am glad she likes them. Am also encouraged that young Tomlinson had a sound education.
