First up this morning and this glorious sky was there to greet me as I pulled up the blind.

The Flowerpot buns were iced and given their flowers this morning.

A windy walk and a climb up and down the cliffs at Porthtowan was rewarded with hot chocolates all round in The Blue Bar, Porthtowan.
I’ve just come down here! What a difference two new hips make!
