Another glorious afternoon, warm and very windy and the sea at Gyllyngvase was rougher than we have ever seen it with waves crashing against the sea wall and glinting in the sunshine.
There were lots of swimmers in the water and not all wearing wet-suits.

I would find it hard to walk away from this at the end of day.
I don’t know if you have been to Havana, Cuba but the Avenida de Maceo is a favourite of mine to watch the forces of the sea and to people watch.
