For one reason and another, we are not travelling anywhere this week so my journey was through the garden, on the way to see the horses in the field behind us. Join me as I wander up the garden, camera at the ready…….

Just as reference, this is what the garden was like before we got to work!

I thoroughly enjoyed my dander down your garden. It is certainly a credit to you. We did at one time have horses in the field way down below us. About ten years ago the land was sold and suddenly houses and appartments sprouted. I have a gabled three story block of apartments right behind me on the level of the town, but it has not spoilt my view across the countryside.

I always enjoy seeing your garden – it is so lovely. What a wonderful transformation you made. I hope your plants have survived the recent wild weather.

You should be rightly proud of yourself, Sally. That is an awesome transformation. A true little paradise.

Wow! You have a very lovely garden. What a view you must have everyday. I like that kind of “on the way”.

Thank you very much. The making of the garden was quite a journey too! 🙂
