Here, I have creamed the butter and sugar until almost white and am now incorporating the finely grated rind of two oranges and loads of grated ginger as I make the most Delicious gingerbread ever! The K beater is doing all the work in a blur of motion.

Wonderful photo for this week’s challenge. That sure looks like some delicious gingerbread batter. It must have been tempting to not have a taste or two or more of it 😀
