1 We were in the Cornish Studies Library in Redruth today to see the exhibition about John Harris, Cornish Miner and Poet. It was fascinating to read about his life and his works.

glad to hear your hip is doing so well…and that you had such a nice outing…I believe it’s all that walking you do that helps the most!

I think you are right. I am still doing the exercises and building up the walking. I shall really feel I am right again when I can do a coastal walk! 🙂
