Sailing, Strolling and Singing

1  Today has been the first day of our RYA 2 Sailing course – what a lot there is to learn!

2   Later in the afternoon we strolled about near the marina and in St Mary’s Gardens near Gyllyngvase beach where there are some very unusual plants.

3   This evening we, The Ingleheart Singers, had a joint rehearsal with Four Lanes Male Choir in preparation for our joint concert on Sunday evening.

    I am very happy to have an echium in my garden this year. Normally they don’t make it through the winter here as we are inland, but this winter was so mild, it survived.

    What an amazing echinus. Bees love our little native one so they must love that huge one.

    That Echium flower is fantastic, wow so unusual and beautiful. Enjoy your concert, I know Troon, a friend’s dad lives there now alone in a bungalow. I am sure it will be a lovely concert!
