2 My lovely sister-in-law in Atlanta sent me this recipe for some delicious biscuits, Molasses Crackle Biscuits, a batch of which I made this afternoon and which I have renamed for the season as Christmas Crackle Biscuits. They are rolled in sugar before baking and end up all sparkly when baked.

Yes! All my ‘children’ and their children are coming here over the Christmas holiday! Everyone wants to meet Ami, Daniel’s Senegalese wife. You probably saw photos of the wedding when we went over in April 2012.
