1 After singing this morning, a long and lovely lunch by the sea with good friends. What could be better?!
2 Just sometimes I have to have Jelly babies! These are the last three as I was rewarding myself each time I cracked the following bar of music!
3 This music will look very easy to those of you are musicians. I’m on Grade 2 and getting that rhythm right has been really hard. Tonight I did it, over and over again – hence no Jelly Babies left!

When my boyfriend comes back from a race (boats) he brings me home the last few jelly babies from his packets as a special treat. If I had a whole packet I could never restrict myself to just a few.

I daren’t let Jude see the Jelly Babies – she would be off to the village shop to get some!

I know what you mean – a photo would be enough to send me shopping too, if I hadn’t just eaten a whole bag! 🙂

Memories, and more memories, with jelly babies added for comfort. What a delightful picture. Thanks for raising a big smile on a day bedraggled with veils of that mean old thin gnat-rain evoked by Dylan Thomas.

Love your reference to Dylan Thomas, my all time favourite poet. We also had the thin gnat rain – and it still continues today…. 🙂

Wonderful post! Hope you enjoyed the jelly beans! I have wonderful memories of Gylly beach, the day after my daughter’s graduation at Falmouth Uni… thank you for bringing back those memories 🙂 You wouldn’t believe how much Cornwall is calling to me at the moment and every time I see one of your posts I want to be there more and more!

There were lots of new Graduates on the beach today, all in their gowns and throwing their mortar boards in the air!
Really glad to call up lovely memories for you! 🙂
