Walking Holiday in Cornwall 3

24 Jul

This walk took them around the coast near the Minack Theatre, a fabulous amphitheatre cut into the rocks with the sea as a backdrop. Sometimes the audience are distracted by the antics of dolphins in the bay!

I was in Cornwall in 1979. Looks like there are a few new things since 🙂

My family and I visited this wonderful theatre a few years ago on a trip to the UK. We adored it. My husband Rahul swam at Porthcurno beach in winter! We stayed at Polperro which was very special. Thank you for bringing back some lovely memories for me 🙂

It looks like a beautiful place. Not what I would have imagined.

It’s gorgeous in a rugged kind of a way. 🙂

Never thought i’d say it, but please send some of that beautiful looking sunshine and warmth down to Brazil. We’re freezing!

      That’s hard to believe!

We saw Gilberto Gil at Womad and loved his style! He’s from Brazil and I’m thinking you may have heard of him? 🙂

Certainly. He was the Minister for Culture a few years ago.
