I have a number of blogging friends who write very pleasing poetry, some serious, some funny and some haiku. I thought I’d have fun with haiku today so here goes.
Rainbows in raindrops,
a magic misty morning,
Autumnal delights.
Mist in the morning,
Two inquisitive horses,
One oblivious.
Our onions and shallots,
Golden and grown by us,
Plaited together.
These are for you, LouAnn and Meme and Brian and, of course, all my lovely readers, followers, likers and commenters – all really appreciated – thank you!

Great job on the poem and the first picture makes me envious! You would laugh watching me with dew drops in the sun…I just move back and forth so I can see the sparkle prisms. The clarity of the sparkle even clearer than with diamonds.

Thank you for your lovely comments. I was so delighted when I saw the little rainbows! It would be fun to watch the dewdrops in the sun and laugh together! 🙂

Beautiful! I follow a few sites that have given me an appreciation for Haiku – you did a wonderful job. Would love to read more of your poems if you are so inspired. Blessings – Patty

Beautiful raindrops. If we didn’t know better, we would think you were an expert with Photoshop.
OH, you probably are that too. lol

No, I haven’t a clue. All my photos are taken on the day I post them and are untouched apart from maybe some cropping!

Cropping can be quite artistically done too. lol
You have a promising future. 🙂

You’re good, really good. Each of your Haiku is spot on in terms of usage, in terms of enjoying them I loved all three. Just wonderful. It doesn’t hurt that I also find your photographs gorgeous. An excellent post! (See happy face), Penny 🙂

Thank you very much. That is very sweet of you. I’ll get around to it when I can but we have family here for 2 weeks so it may be a while.
Thanks again and congratulations to you too! 🙂

As for lens refraction spheres getting chummy with the rain droplets….When miss serendipity comes a call’n it is always a nice surprise.
Given my own ‘header’ you know I like the horses -‘One oblivious’ now that is clever.

Thank you very much! I couldn’t quite believe what I was seeing through the lens. The rainbows weren’t visible to the naked eye. 🙂

I had such fun working on the Haiku! Reminded me of the pleasure I once used to get writing poems which I haven’t done for years. Thank you again. 🙂
